Inspired by @CourtProjects and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for Minor add control in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content. Hushed Whisper is a precision frame bow which are rated C-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic, and provides ×0.8 horizontal recoil, which isn't that impactful on bows. The stats are good by comparison with its peers, and are helped further at Tier 4/5 when barrel and magazine perks are enhanced - see https://d2foundry.gg/w/3431536253 for how the weapon stats impact in-game performance. As ever for bows, use the bowstring perk to reduce Draw Time and boost Handling, and the arrow perk to boost Accuracy or Reload Speed. In the first trait perk column, Successful Warm-Up applies a ×0.625 scalar after a kill for 6s, with further kills adding 4s at a time to a maximum of 20s or until stowed. For damage in the second column, Hatchling spawns a Threadling on a crit kill or three crit hits within 3s of each other. Alternatively, Explosive Head boosts bodyshot damage by ×1.15 and crit damage by ×1.1 with increased stagger, and inflicts AoE damage on enemies within 3m or Precision Instrument procs on crit hits granting up to 6 stacks of escalating damage for ×1.25 (×1.3 when enhanced) for 1.25s or until you miss a crit. For the Origin Trait, there's either Wild Card to provide the chance of Telesto-like "Experimental Submunitions" dropping on a kill - the number depends on the enemy tier - that last up to 10.5s and explode on contact or proximity to an enemy, or Search Party which applies a ×0.85 ADS animation scalar and ×1.1 ADS movement speed when there are no allies within 15m.
