"Laser Painter has a fun name as you’re painting the target with a laser. Normally I don’t love Bungie’s names but this one earned a chuckle from me. I wish this was either a new archetype entirely or another aggressive frame. Regular linear fusion rifles just don’t feel as good to me anymore, and the huge perk pool just feels unrewarding now. You can craft Taipan and you’re basically done. Strand is nice for breaking the few shields, but the removal of match game belittles strand damage types for now."

Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets. Accelerated Coils

Decreases charge time by 40ms and damage by 2%.

Vorpal Weapon

Deals increased damage against Minibosses, Bosses, and Vehicles, as well as Players in their Super Ability. Damage increase by Ammo Type: • Primary Weapons: 20% [60%] • Special Weapons: 15% [20%] • Power Weapons: 10% [20%]

Liquid Coils

Increases charge time by 40ms and damage by 2%.

Clown Cartridge

Reloading randomly overfills the Magazine from reserves by 10% to 50% of the base Magazine Capacity (rounded up). Works out to a 30% overfill on average.

Auto-Loading Holster

Refills stowed weapon from reserves after 3.5 seconds of it being stowed.

Golden Tricorn

While the perk's buff isn't active, Weapon Kills grant 'Golden Tricorn x1' for 7 seconds, increasing weapon damage by 15%. Additional Kills refresh the buff duration. While Golden Tricorn x1 or x2 is active: Grenade or Elemental Melee Kills matching the element of the Weapon grant Golden Tricorn x2 for 10 seconds, increasing weapon damage by 50%. Clarity tooltip editor's note: We're replacing the previous Powered Melee term with Elemental Melee. The former is now exclusively used for perks that require the consumption of a Melee Ability Charge. This note is temporary and will be removed in the future.

High-Impact Reserves

Increases damage by 12.1% [3%] to 25.6% [6%] as the Magazine drops from 50% of its base capacity to empty. The buff in PVE ranges between 10.3% and 22.9% instead on Fusion Rifles and Aggressive Frame Linear Fusion Rifles. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Harmony

Upon readying the weapon within 3 seconds of getting a Kill with a different weapon: Grants 20% increased damage and 15 Handling for 7 seconds.

Fragile Focus

Passively grants 20 Range but deactivates if you drop to 0 Shield HP (Critical Health). Buff reactivates 1 second after your Shields HP fully regenerates.

Moving Target

Grants the following while Aiming Down Sights (ADS): • 10 Aim Assist • 10% decreased ADS Movement Speed Penalty
