Inspired by @ImpetusAlways, @Saint_Kabr and @CourtProjects (PvE PvE-Minor PvE-GroupAdd PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for clearing groups of Minor adds in activities rated Normal, Hard or Very Hard difficulty. Oxygen SR3 returns still as a precision scout rifle which as a subfamily are rated D-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic as feeling bad and with a poor damage profile compared to top-tier scouts. The frame intrinsic offers a ×0.8 horizontal recoil as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are decent by comparison with its peers - you can see at https://d2foundry.gg/w/4104613038 how the weapon stats impact in-game performance. You don't have to worry about Recoil Direction, so you can use the barrel perk to boost Handling or Stability, and then with the magazine perk go for something that helps improve magazine size or reload. For end-game difficulty, in the first trait perk column Shoot to Loot lets you pick up remote ammo bricks or orbs from safety by shooting them, which also reloads all your weapons from reserves. In the second, Meganeura builds up to ×3 stacks on crit hits for a refreshable 3.5s (4s when enhanced) for AoE explosive damage in a 7.5m radius on a crit kill. This counts as weapon damage, so extends the radius of Shoot to Loot's orb and ammo pickup. You've got a choice of origin traits. You might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window. Otherwise there's Problem Solver, which is very good for PvE when facing yellow bars - 6 hits will apply Exhaust to an enemy, reducing damage output to ×0.9 for a refreshable 5s and grant +50 to Reload Speed and Handling for 10s (12s enhanced) - both effects are also refreshable. There's also Vanguard Vindication which provides up to ×3 stacks on kills within 20s of using a class ability that reduces incoming damage to a max ×0.94 for a refreshable 10s (12.5s enhanced). Finally, Omolon Fluid Dynamics boosts Stability by up to +20 and Reload Speed by up to +30 in the top half of the mag, decreasing linearly until the mag's at 50%. Recommended MW: Handling or Stability, with your preferred choice of mod to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-Minor PvE-GroupAdd PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller

Adamsdown_Boy written as at v9.5.6.2 (PvE PvE-Minor PvE-SingleAdd PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for clearing individual Minor adds and tougher enemies in activities rated Normal, Hard or Very Hard difficulty, particularly with a Solar build. For end-game difficulty, in the first trait perk column Shoot to Loot lets you pick up remote ammo bricks or orbs from safety by shooting them, which also reloads all your weapons from reserves. In the second, synergising with Solar builds, Burning Ambition works better to build Solar ignitions on tougher targets if you have a solar ability to apply scorch initially, otherwise it'll take 9 hits (8 when enhanced) witin 2s of each other to apply +10 scorch stacks with +10 added on each additional hit to build towards an ignition. All of the scorch stacks are increased by ×1.5 with Ember of Ashes. Ignition explosions count as weapon damage so will proc Shoot to Loot on any orbs or bricks inside the AoE. You've got a choice of origin traits. You might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window.
