Solemn Remembrance god roll & best perks

Solemn Remembrance is kind of the new generation Luna's Howl: a Precision Frame - with its ×0.8 yaw recoil - that fires at an adaptive frame's 140 RPM. At base, by comparison with its peers, the this is a stat monster, which is improved further at Tier 4/5 when barrel and mag perks are enhanced - d2foundry.gg calculates that 43 Range equates to 19.87m hipfire and 29.80m ADS before damage dropoff, 59 Stability is ×1.0731 flinch resist, 38 Handling is 0.37s ready, 0.27s ADS and 0.40s stow speed, 51 Reload Speed is 2.54s reload and Magazine Size is 13 (max 19). While the stats are good, Handling and Reload Speed could both do with a boost from the barrel and magazine perks. You can improve Handling still further with a stat increasing grip perk too. The fun, and unique, trait perk combination that is the reason to put yourself through Comp PvP is Headstone and Firefly. Both proc on a crit kill - you'll create a Stasis crystal which is then instantly destroyed by the Firefly 4m AoE solar explosion, plus +50 Reload Speed for 6s, for two loads of AoE damage to adds. While not essential, being able to build into more powerful stasis crystal explosions or to trigger effects like Frost Armor with subclass fragments makes this even better, particularly when you're at a power disadvantage. There are easier ways to get a Stasis synergy hand cannon than grinding comp but, if you've not yet got one, the trait perk combination of Headstone to generate Stasis crystals on a crit kill, which you can break to proc a stack (2 stacks when enhanced) of Frost Armor through Rimestealer is available.
