"Destabilizing Rounds is going to allow The Hero’s Burden to outclass Funnelweb or Unforgiven. Both have incredibly useful perk pools and use cases. However, being able to spread volatile without an ability just makes the synergy with Void 3.0 that much better. Kill Clip is easy to use and is refreshable so you can opt for pure damage."

No Target Lock for a better TtK but having straight damage for a 0.6s TtK is incredible.
