What the The Lament perks do
Holding [Block] grants one stack of 'Banshee's Wail' and charges the blade. Maximum of 9 stacks. Depleting your Sword Energy or ending your combo removes all stacks. 'Charged' Light Attacks consume 20% Sword Energy, dealing 539 [389] damage followed by two hits of 135 [95] damage. Continued attacks increase the damage of the main hit by 33% and grant one stack of 'Banshee's Wail' per damage instance (3 stacks per landed swing). Performing a Heavy Attack while Banshee's Wail is active consumes all stacks and performs an overhead strike, dealing 1054 [811] damage followed by two hits of 198 [152]. Heavy Attack Damage is increased based off the number of Banshee's Wail stacks: • 1-3 Stacks: 0% increased damage • 4-6 Stacks: 54% increased damage • 7-9 Stacks: 109% increased damage
Increased damage at the cost of sword ammo.
Sword Guard has high endurance, but low resistance.
Your first Powered Sword Kill after (re)spawning refunds 1 Ammo. Afterward, every other Powered Sword Kill also refunds 1 Ammo.
Landing hits grants 7HP per damage instance.
