While Ignition Trigger is active, firing builds its meter at a rate of 20% per second. Meter drains at a rate of 25% per second when not firing. This meter serves as a timed period in which Ignition Trigger can be resumed without warmup and provides no other benefits. Meter progress persists through reload.
