In the first trait perk column, Adaptive Munitions increases damage to non-matching Subjugator "shields" for a total damage boost of around +45% after 15 hits (+73% when enhanced). To boost this further, in the second column, you can choose between Firing Line for +20% damage if you're in a fireteam, or Killing Tally for up to +30% if there are adds around.
