Constructed by @Adamsdown_Boy (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-SustainedDamege PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for sustained DPS against a single yellow-bar target in activities rated Normal, Hard or Very Hard difficulty, particularly on Arc builds. 21% Delirium is a rapid fire LMG, which are rated C-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic Endgame Analysis Spreadsheet, who says "good damage profile but mediocre total damage and worst recoil of any LMG frame". The frame intrinsic offers built in Anti-Overload, better total ammo reserves and a ×0.8 reload animation scalar when the magazine is empty as per the Destiny Data Compendium. The recoil direction is right and loose so you should improve recoil control or look to boost Stability with the barrel perk to help hit crits, or Handling if you can land your shots. In the magazine perk slot, perks that improve Reload Speed or mag size work best for a boss damage roll. For sustained boss damage with an Arc build, in the first trait perk column Fourth Time's the Charm generates 2 shots from thin air after 4 crits within 3s of each other, almost doubling your total ammo if you can keep hitting crits, or if you're using a Storm's Keep rally barricade, Trickle Charge refills 10% of the magazine on receiving a stack of Arc Bolt Charge, and 20% when you discharge with a lightning bolt on a target. Alternatively, Overflow refills the magazine and boosts its capacity to ×2.2 of base, rounded up, on picking up an ammo brick or Reconstruction refills 25% of the magazine every 5.5s up to ×2 capacity when stowed or not firing. In the second column for both target and AoE damage, Jolting Feedback applies Arc Jolt after 14 hits (11 when amplified) to tougher enemies who can survive the weapon damage, triggering chain lightning on further hits, or Rolling Storm generates ×1 stack of Arc Bolt Charge (×2 when Amplified) on a kill, to trigger a lightning bolt at ×10 stacks. Alternatively, if you can get kills during an add phase, Killing Tally gains a stack for each enemy killed up to ×3 to boost damage by up to ×1.3 until you reload or stow. Aegis ranks the Gun and Run origin trait as D-Tier - it grants up to ×3 stacks on kills for 11s, which after sprinting for 0.75s consumes stacks to reload 25% of your magazine every 0.85s, refreshing the buff duration. If you're interested, the name is a play on atmospheric chemistry - Earth's atmosphere is ~21% oxygen - and the chaotic state of mind caused by intense combat. Recommended MW: Handling, with your preferred choice of mod to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds.|tags:PvE PvE-Boss PvE-SustainedDamege PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller
