pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): "Disparity is probably the best weapon to come out of the season. A craftable aggressive burst pulse rifle that looks good, feels good, has a fantastic sight [...]. There are so many great perks to go for but the base will all be the same. Arrowhead to have near-perfect recoil direction. Flared magwell or tactical mag for a bump in reload / stability with the latter having a slight bump in magazine. Rapid hit is my preferred third column option but outlaw is easier and immediate. No need to build up stacks, just headshot and done. Frenzy is the immediate choice for a “no thoughts, head empty” workhorse weapon. Headstone and desperado are both fantastic for their respective builds. The former gives you slow, cover, and stasis synergy, while the latter gives you that Rambo effect turning your pulse into a mini machine gun." Recommended MW - Stability.

Inspired by DMB PvE Podcast 44. Shapeable. First-choice PvE roll for endgame content. The Ambush origin trait is probably more for PvP than PvE, with the extra range, handling and 10% boost to damage for a few moments after combat starts, or use Hakke Breach Armaments if you're going to face vehicles, turrets or constructs. This is the only current(as at v6.3.0.2) me aggressive frame pulse rifle in the kinetic slot, so it's worth hanging on a good roll. Correct the wonky recoil direction with Arrowhead Brake, or Fluted Barrel makes it feel snappier and more stable. In the mag, Flared Magwell or Tactical Mag are the best options, adding more stability and reload speed. Rapid Hit and Outlaw both proc on the on crits, and then match this with your choice of the range of damage output-increasing traits. pandapaxxy (PvP / M+KB): "Taking that fantastic base and transitioning it over to the crucible is easy. Most of the weapon stays the same. Arrowhead and rapid hit are the foundation. Steady rounds for more stability, or accurized rounds for even more range is your preference. In the last column you have three separate ways you can go. Kill clip is the easiest to use and helps make the second kill easier as you won’t need as many critical hits. Headseeker is my pick for overall neutral play. Desperado is great for kill chaining in 6v6 but I wouldn’t use it in 3v3." Recommended MW - Range or Handling.

What these Disparity perks do

Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets. Benefits at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: • 2|12|14|18|25 Stability • 5|30|35|42|60 Reload Speed • 0.99x|0.96x|0.95x|0.945x|0.92x Reload Duration Multiplier

Frenzy

After being in Combat for 12 seconds: Grants 15% increased damage, 100 Handling, and 100 Reload Speed for 7.2 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed. Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Outlaw

Precision Kills grant 70 Reload Speed with a 0.9x decreased Reload Animation Duration for 6 seconds. Buff is removed on stow.

Outlaw

Precision Kills grant 70 Reload Speed with a 0.9x decreased Reload Animation Duration for 6 seconds. Buff is removed on stow.

Headstone

Precision Kills create a Large Stasis Crystal at the target's location. Tier 1-2 Minor and Tier 1 Elite Combatants only spawn a Medium Stasis Crystal. Creating 5 Crystals within ? seconds prevents the perk from activating for 5 seconds.

Desperado

Finishing a reload 5.2 seconds after a Precision Kill or 3 kills within ? seconds of each reduces Firing Delay by 30% for 6 seconds. Buff is removed on stow.

Kill Clip

Finishing a reload within 3.6 seconds of a kill grants 25% increased damage for 5 seconds. Stowing the weapon removes the buff. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Eye of the Storm

Grants a scaling buff to Handling and Accuracy as your Shield Health drops below 40 and reaches maximum strength at 0 Shield HP. Buff at maximum strength grants: • 30 Handling • 40% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 17% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth The buff linearly scales from 0% at 80 Shield HP to 100% at 0 Shield HP (Critical Health). It initially triggers as you drop to 40 Shield HP — giving you 50% of the maximum buff. However, as you regenerate your Shield Health, the buff will still remain until you reach 80 Shield HP where the benefits scale down to zero.

Headseeker

Dealing non-Precision Direct damage grants the following benefits for 0.55 seconds: • 20% increased Precision Bonus (complicated, see specific damage increases below) • 3% increased Aim Assist Cone size Precision damage increases by weapon type/frame: • Pulse Rifles: Adaptive: 7.1%, Aggressive Burst: 10%, Heavy Burst: 9.5%, High-Impact: 8.74%, Lightweight: 6.3%, Rapid-Fire: 10.3% • Sidearms: Adaptive Burst: 8.46%, Heavy Burst: 7.36% • Scout Rifles: Precision: 8.66% [Bug] Heavy Burst Hand Cannons: 7% increased Weakspot damage. The distinction between Weakspots and Critspots is complicated and we might write an explainer blog post about it eventually. For the purposes of PvP, the two are equivalent.

One for All

Scoring Weapon Hits against 3 Separate Enemies within 3 seconds of each grants 35% increased damage for 10 seconds. Does not require Direct Hits. Buff duration cannot be refreshed.

Swashbuckler

Weapon Kills grant a Stack of 'Swashbuckler' for 4.5 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. (Glaive) Melee Kills grant all 5 Stacks instantly. Damage increase at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: 6.7% | 13.3% | 20% | 26.6% | 33.3% Stowing the weapon removes the buff.

Pugilist

Weapon Kills grant 10% Melee Ability Energy. Kills with Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Glaives, and Fusion Rifles grant 20%. Dealing Melee Damage grants 35 Handling for 3 seconds. Ability energy gained may be significantly decreased based on your selected ability's Chunk Energy Scalar. Learn more about this mechanic in our explainer blog post on the Clarity website.

Heating Up

Weapon Kills grant a Stack of Heating Up for 5.5 seconds. Maximum of 2 Stacks. Benefits at 1|2 Stacks of Heating Up: • 15|30 Stability • 20|40 Recoil Direction • 15%|25% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 15%|25% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth Buff remains active while stowed.
