Inspired by @CourtProjects, @Saint_Kabr and and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-Utility PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for single-target damage against tougher enemies in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content, particularly for void builds. High Tyrant is a Balanced Heat frame pulse rifle, with a rapid-fire firing rate, which are rated C-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic offering much the same performance as other pulses. The heat frame is like an extra perk set, first providing reduced heat generation, significantly increasing the number of shots before overheating, and providing a pseudo-Reconstruction, automatically "refilling" as the weapon loses heat when not being used. Additionally, there's an intrinsic ×1.15 damage boost against orange and yellow bars and vehicles, plus a ×2 vent rate if you manually reload when the heat bar is at >87.5% of maximum heat to proc Perfect Vent, as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are decent by comparison with other rapid-fire scouts - see https://d2foundry.gg/w/2873508409 for how the weapon stats impact in-game performance, once the formulas have been worked out. Something that helps control recoil is very helpful with the barrel perk. and in the heatsink perk, look for something that reduces heat generation, or improves cooling efficiency or vent speed. For a utility roll to use with the void fragment toolkit, and that helps with damage output for you and your fireteam, in the second trait perk column Withering Gaze Weakens targets for ×1.15 damage for a refreshable 6s after ADS-ing for 1.4s (1.3s when enhanced), but if the stronger ×1.3 weaken has been applied from Tractor Cannon or Shadowshot, a proc will reapply at the higher value. You could pair that against weaker enemies with Repulsor Brace for a ×0.5 damage resisting void overshield 8s (10s when enhanced) on killing your weakened enemy, Loose Change to provide +50 Vent Speed +20 Aim Assist and ×1.2 ADS movement speed after you apply weaken, or Rapid Hit to stack up to 5 times on crit hits for a max +25 Stability and +60 Vent Speed with a ×0.92 animation multiplier for a refreshable 2s to help land crits on your weakened target. The Origin Trait, Imperial Allegiance grants a stack for each ally in 15m, up to ×3, to boost both the cooling rate and damage when heat is >50% by up to a max of ×1.105, so is ideal for working in a fireteam. If you're interested, this is modelled on the A280C blaster rifle, the preferred weapon of Rebel Alliance Special Forces. Recommended MW: Cooling Efficiency, with a Heat Generated mod or your preferred choice of mod to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-Utility PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller

Inspired by @CourtProjects, @Saint_Kabr and and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for controlling Minor add groups in general at-level or better content, particularly with grenade builds. Something that helps control recoil is very helpful with the barrel perk. and in the heatsink perk, look for something that reduces heat generation, or improves cooling efficiency or vent speed. For grenade builds, in the first trait perk column Demolitionist generates chunk grenade ability energy on kills and an instant magazine refill on grenade use. This pairs well with Meganeura in add-dense firefights, which builds up to ×3 stacks on crit hits for increasing AoE damage in a 7.5m radius on a crit kill - any AoE kills count as weapon damage so proc Demolitionist. Alternatively, to burn down individual adds, there's Frenzy which after being in combat for 12s - that's dealing or taking damage - boosts Handling and Reload Speed by +100 and boosts damage by ×1.15 for a refreshable 7.2s, or Demoralize which spreads a ~4m AoE cloud of Weaken to nearby enemies for a ×1.15 boost to damage for your fireteam for 3s (5s when enhanced) on a crit kill. The Origin Trait, Imperial Allegiance grants a stack for each ally in 15m, up to ×3, to boost both the cooling rate and damage when heat is >50% by up to a max of ×1.105, so is ideal for working in a fireteam. What these High Tyrant perks do

Repulsor Brace

Kills against Void Debuffed enemies grant a 45 HP Void Overshield for 8 seconds (12 with Echo of Persistence).

Withering Gaze

Aiming Down Sights (ADS) for 1.5 seconds without firing and staying ADS causes your next shot to apply Weaken on a Direct Hit. Timer starts as soon as ADS input is pressed.

Loose Change

Applying an Elemental Debuff grants the following benefits for 9 seconds: • 50 Reload Speed and 20 Aim Assist • 20% decreased ADS Movement Speed Penalty Buff can be activated while stowed.

Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets. Benefits at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: • 2|12|14|18|25 Stability • 5|30|35|42|60 Reload Speed • 0.99x|0.96x|0.95x|0.945x|0.92x Reload Duration Multiplier

Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Meganeura

Precision Hits grant one stack of Meganeura for 3.5 seconds. Maximum of 3 stacks. Precision Kills cause targets to explode, dealing 123.89 [95.3] | 173.6 [?] | 207.57 [?] weapon-matching elemental damage in a 7.5-meter radius at 1|2|3| stacks. Explosion has up to 50% damage falloff at the furthest point.

Ability energy gained may be significantly decreased based on your selected ability's Chunk Energy Scalar. Learn more about this mechanic in our explainer blog post on the Clarity website.

Overclocked Heatsink

Passively grants 2% increased damage and 10 decreased Cooling Efficiency stat.

Delicate Tuning

Grants linearly decreasing benefits as Weapon Heat increases from 0% to 50%: • 20 to 10 Range • ? to ? Handling • ? to ? decreased Accuracy Cone Growth

The distinction between Weakspots and Critspots is complicated and we might write an explainer blog post about it eventually. For the purposes of PvP, the two are equivalent.
