pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): Recommended MW: Reload. Rapid-Fire(150) Strand Grenade Launcher Heavy Ammo. "The raid designs are incredible but I loathe typing out these names. Koraxis’s Distress is nothing special. Paracausal Affinity will bump up your damage with either a kill or a Strand kill. Easily making it one of the better choices for damage perks. Frenzy is tried and true and also brings up your reload to match. Reconstruction will bypass that, and Chain Reaction will allow you to dual flex into add clear and damage but I think Koraxis’s Distress might be best suited for a quick mag dump with bonus damage."

pandapaxxy (PvP / Controller): Recommended MW: Blast Radius. Rapid-Fire(150) Strand Grenade Launcher Heavy Ammo. "In PvP Harmony is your best bet to take advantage of an extremely easy TtK. Proximity Grenades also bumps up that forgiveness and Impulse Amplifier makes it a pocket rocket. Nothing new here but certainly a good weapon to go on streaks with. Harmony makes this weapon a breeze to get kills with."

Inspired by @PodvsEnemies Podcast vs Enemies episode 57 (https://open.spotify.com/episode/3LOWj7jLe0eiacDYwEbK22) with @CourtProjects, @ImpetusAlways and @Saint_Kabr. First-choice PvE roll for Strand subclass synergy for Minor add-clear in end-game content. Most Raid weapons boast excellent stat packages, and Koraxis's Distress is no different. Rapid fire power grenade launchers are more suited to add clear, so to lean into that role, Linear Compensator adds a little extra Blast Radius (let's face it, you'll want to catch as many adds as possible in an explosion), or Quick Launch just goes all in for velocity in the barrel. If you do catch a chunkier enemy, Spike Grenades is nice for a little extra impact damage, and then the unique combination of Chain Reaction as your first trait column support perk - let's face it, it's unusual to have it as a support perk - and Hatchling as the signature perk in the second trait column. Chain Reaction kills count towards proccing Hatchling, so you should see plenty of Threadlings spawning. Explosions and a small army of Threadlings together should clear a room pretty fast. The Harmonic Resonance origin trait can boost damage still further by a stacking 3.33% with one other RoN Raid weapon or 10% with two. Recommended MW: Blast Radius or Velocity - just go with your preference, with a damage-boosting (Minor or Taken Spec) or Backup Mag mod|tags: PvE, PvE-MinorSpec, PvE-God, PvE-EndGame, Controller, M+KB

Field Prep

Grants the following while Crouched: • 50 Reload Speed • 0.8x Reload Duration Multiplier • 0.8x Ready/Stow Duration Multiplier Passively grants 20 Ammo Generation stat. (50% more than 1 Ammo Generation armor mod)

Paracausal Affinity

Scoring a Kill from any source matching the elemental alignment of the weapon grants 20% increased damage for 6 seconds. Buff can activate while stowed. Light Alignment: Arc, Solar, Void Darkness Alignment: Stasis, Strand

Spike Grenades

Increases Grenade Impact damage: • 12.12% increase on Special Grenade Launchers • 12.5% increase on Power Grenade Launchers Due to the ratio of Detonation and Impact damage being tied to the Blast Radius stat on Grenade Launchers, a lower stat will provide a slightly higher overall damage increase.

Envious Assassin

Upon readying the weapon after scoring Kills with your other Weapons: Refills and/or overfills the Magazine from reserves based on the amount of Weapon Kills scored. Maximum total overfill amount is 200% of the Magazine Capacity. Each activation can only load up to 100% of the Magazine Capacity into the magazine. Loaded ammo per Kill by ammo type (rounds up): • Primary Weapons: 10% of Magazine Capacity • Special and Power Weapons: 20%

Reconstruction

Every 6 seconds while not firing the weapon: Loads 25% of the Magazine Capacity (rounded up) into the Magazine from reserves. Can overfill the Magazine up to double the normal capacity. Works even while stowed.

Frenzy

After being in Combat for 12 seconds: Grants 15% increased damage, 100 Handling, and 100 Reload Speed for 7.2 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed. Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Harmony

Upon readying the weapon within 3 seconds of getting a Kill with a different weapon: Grants 20% increased damage and 15 Handling for 7 seconds.

Full Court

Starts linearly increasing Detonation and Burn (DoT) damage 0.2 seconds after the grenade projectile is fired. Reaches maximum strength after 1.1 seconds at a 35% damage increase. The damage increase is finalized at the point of detonation and any lingering effects left will not increase it further.

Impulse Amplifier

Passively grants 20 Reload Speed and 15% decreased Reload Animation Duration (20% for Rocket Launchers). Passively increases Projectile Velocity based on Weapon Archetype: • Rocket Launchers: 10% • Support-Frame Auto Rifles: 15% • Micro-Missile Frame Weapons: 25%

Chain Reaction

Weapon Kills trigger an elemental explosion matching the weapon's element. Damage and radius of the explosions varies based on the weapon's ammo type: • Special Weapons: Up to 67.2 [44.8] damage in a 2.4 meter radius • Power Weapons: Up to 109.2 [72.8] damage in a 3 meter radius

Hatchling

Scoring a Precision Kill or 3 kills within 3 seconds of each other spawns a Threadling at the target's location.
