Inspired by @PodvsEnemies episode 124 from 19 November 2024 (https://open.spotify.com/episode/3n08KP410ui1TXoEdBmsvu?si=2badf5a8fcac408d) with @Saint_Kabr, @ImpetusAlways and @CourtProjects (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-MajorSpec PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE pick use against bulky Minor and Major enemies in general, and end-game underleveled content. Probably the most chased-after Iron Banner PvE weapon in years, Tinasha's Mastery is the first Stasis rocket-assisted sidearm. At base the stats are solid - 28 Range equates to 14.56m when ADS and 12.12m hipfire (although there really isn't that much damage dropoff), 42 Handling is 0.31s ready, 0.25s ADS and 0.35s stow speed, while the Reload Speed of 29 is a 1.81s reload. Magazine size is 10 (maximum 16), and with 0/1/2/3 reserves mods you get total ammo of 40/43/46/48 (max 57). There are as many options for a good all-round, all-purpose kinetic slot rocket sidearm as Osiris could spend a lifetime in the Infinite Forest investigating - pair barrel and magazine perk options that increase blast radius, velocity, and magazine size with a first column trait perk column perk that boosts your reload and a second column damage perk. With the change to the Skulking Wolf origin trait, at least there is now an effect in PvE to reduce enemy accuracy when it's procced, which could be useful for survivability in more difficult content. Recommended MW: Velocity with a Backup Mag mod or, when enhanced, a Synergy mod to generate Stasis shards or Stunloader when an artifact mod's around.|tags:PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-MajorSpec PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller

Adamsdown_Boy written v8.1.5.1 (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-MajorSpec PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): PvE pick use against bulky Minor and Major enemies in general, and end-game underleveled content. There are as many options for a good all-round, all-purpose kinetic slot rocket sidearm as Osiris could spend a lifetime in the Infinite Forest investigating - pair barrel and magazine perk options that increase blast radius, velocity, and magazine size to you preference. At the time of writing, Deconstruct might be bugged, with both the impact and explosive damage counting towards proccing, after which you get 2 shots returned (10% of the magazine, as long as it's 11 or more) for every 2 shots fired, as well as the bonus damage to constructs and vehicles. Pair that with a second column trait perk damage option for a sidearm that can work for every occasion. With the change to the Skulking Wolf origin trait, at least there is now an effect in PvE to reduce enemy accuracy when it's procced, which could be useful for survivability in more difficult content. pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): "Tinasha’s Mastery will probably be one of a few weapons pulling PvE players into PvP. Being a Stasis rocket-assisted sidearm and the first of its kind it will definitely stand out amongst loadouts. Chill Clip and either Impulse Amplifier or Loose Change will be the standout perk combinations but One for All or Frenzy are more neutral damage options." Recommended MW: Blast Radius or Reload Speed.

pandapaxxy (PvP / M+KB / Controller): "While I'd advise against a rocket-assisted sidearm for the crucible, having ChillClip on an easy to fire weapon is undeniably strong. While you would need to stock up on ammo it's not entirely outside of the question to use." Recommended MW: Blast Radius.

Inspired by @PodvsEnemies episode 124 from 19 November 2024 (https://open.spotify.com/episode/3n08KP410ui1TXoEdBmsvu?si=2badf5a8fcac408d) with @Saint_Kabr, @ImpetusAlways and @CourtProjects (PvE PvE-Utility PvE-Champion PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): Backup utility PvE pick use against Champion enemies in general, and end-game underleveled content, particularly with Stasis builds. This roll is all about slowing and freezing single targets, so Velocity is far more important to boost than Blast Radius with the barrel and magazine perks. In the first perk trait slot, Impulse Amplifier improves velocity and reload speed or Loose Change improves reload speed and movement when ADS. All of this is building up to Chill Clip in the second trait perk column - one shot slows, and disrupts, Overload Champions and three shots freezes, and stuns, Unstoppable champions, which you can synergise with Stasis fragments. Apply Radiant and it'll pierce Barrier champions too. It's bound to be nerfed at some point, so enjoy being totally overpowered for as long as it lasts. With the change to the Skulking Wolf origin trait, at least there is now an effect in PvE to reduce enemy accuracy when it's procced, which could be useful for survivability in more difficult content. This roll is all about slowing and freezing single targets, so Velocity is far more important to boost than Blast Radius with the barrel and magazine perks. In the first perk trait slot, Air Trigger provides the equivalent of 1.5 reserves mods (2 when enhanced) - useful since the nerf to reserve ammo - as well as speedy reloads if you're in the air when the animation starts. All of this is building up to Chill Clip in the second trait perk column - one shot slows, and disrupts, Overload Champions and three shots freezes, and stuns, Unstoppable champions, which you can synergise with Stasis fragments.
