pandapaxxy (PvP / Controller): Recommended MW: Range or Stability. Adaptive(300) Kinetic Sidearm Primary Ammo. "In PvP you can have near 100 range and an 18.71m range. However, if you opt for a different barrel instead of Full Bore you can still maintain an 18m range drop off. If you prefer a bit more stability, even just Rapid hit 3x and Iron Reach can keep the stability respectable at 56. Still less than the base of 67 but the added benefits of an increasing stability in a gunfight can give you the edge."

pandapaxxy (PvE / M+KB / Controller): Recommended MW: Reload. Adaptive(300) Kinetic Sidearm Primary Ammo. "Allied Demand is extremely similar to Buzzard, however, there will be no adept mods to bring up stats or damage in PvE. Rapid Hit is by and large the best perk to look for. Subsistence is also good if you’re in lower tiered PvE. Frenzy is the best in slot perk with either third column perk. Multikill Clip pairs better with Rapid Hit than Subsistence."

What these Allied Demand perks do

Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets. Benefits at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: • 2|12|14|18|25 Stability • 5|30|35|42|60 Reload Speed • 0.99x|0.96x|0.95x|0.945x|0.92x Reload Duration Multiplier

Frenzy

After being in Combat for 12 seconds: Grants 15% increased damage, 100 Handling, and 100 Reload Speed for 7.2 seconds. Works and can activate while stowed. Dealing and receiving damage refreshes the buff duration. For Frenzy, being in Combat is defined as having either dealt or received damage within the last 5 seconds. Self-damage and environmental damage do not count.

Subsistence

Weapon Kills refill 10% of the magazine (rounded up) from reserves. Submachine Gun and Auto Rifle Kills refill 17% of the magazine.

Multikill Clip

Finishing a reload within 3.6 seconds of scoring 1|2|3 Weapon Kills within 3.5 seconds of each grants 17%|33%|50% increased damage for 5 seconds. Buff is overwritten every time it is triggered and is removed on stow.

Iron Reach

Passively increases Range by 20 but decreases Stability by 20.

Rangefinder

Aiming Down Sights grants the following benefits: • 10 Range • 10% increased Effective Zoom • 5% increased Projectile Speed The Effective Zoom increase pushes out Aim Assist Falloff by 10%, reduces (Absolute) Recoil by 10% and narrows the Accuracy and Aim Assist Cones by the same amount. (This is the normal behavior of Zoom and isn't unique to Rangefinder)

High-Caliber Rounds

Hits inflict increased Flinch on Enemies. PVE: Tier 1-2 Minors can be repeatedly staggered. Higher Tier Combatants stagger quicker. PVP: Flinch against Players varies based on damage and Weapon Archetype. Flinch increase ranges between 5-10%.

Eye of the Storm

Grants a scaling buff to Handling and Accuracy as your Shield Health drops below 40 and reaches maximum strength at 0 Shield HP. Buff at maximum strength grants: • 30 Handling • 40% decreased Accuracy Cone Size • 17% decreased Accuracy Cone Growth The buff linearly scales from 0% at 80 Shield HP to 100% at 0 Shield HP (Critical Health). It initially triggers as you drop to 40 Shield HP — giving you 50% of the maximum buff. However, as you regenerate your Shield Health, the buff will still remain until you reach 80 Shield HP where the benefits scale down to zero.
