Grants the following for 2 seconds upon readying:
• 30% decreased Charge Time
• 20% decreased damage
• 100 Handling
Weapon must be stowed for 3 seconds before readying for the perk to activate.
Linear Fusion Rifles only: firing the weapon refreshes the buff duration (but only at higher framerates).
