Anyways, this Heavy Burst sidearm has some interesting perks to choose from: the obvious stasis wombo-combo, EA + KC, or the potential of Attrition Orbs and Desperate Measures feeding orbs into your abilities which in turn feed a damage buff. Liminal Vigil is the only Stasis Heavy Burst sidearm currently in the game - the intrinsic frame perk reduces flinch slightly when you're ADSing. At base, by comparison with its peers, the stats are good - d2foundry.gg calculates that 58 Range equates to 15.98m ADS and 13.32m hipfire before damage dropoff, 39 Stability is ×1.1427 flinch resist at 100 Resilience, 30 Handling is 0.33s ready, 0.27s ADS and 0.36s stow speed, 20 Reload Speed is a 1.91s reload, Recoil Direction is 94, Zoom is 12, and magazine size is 26 (max 40). A little bit of Stability and Handling from the barrel perk are useful to improve gunfeel and control, particularly if you're spamming shots. For the magazine perk, the combat effect magazines all add utility, or look to speed up the reload a bit. For general all-purpose use, the combination of Headstone to create a shatterable Stasis crystal on crit kills, or Attrition Orbs to generate power orbs for landing 2/3-ish of your magazine on target to proc Armour and Artifact mods or fragments effects work well. For damage, Desperate Measures provides up to ×1.3 damage with a combination of weapon and ability kills. The Tex Balanced Stock is there if you like hipfiring, but the Gravity Well origin trait can be very useful to pick up ammo bricks within 5m on a manual reload.
