Nessa's Oblation god roll & best perks

This is the roll to farm for. FTTC gives fantastic uptime for extended damage phases, and Reconstruction is great for overloading the mag for shorter ones. Vorpal weapon will turn this into a boss shredding machine. FTTC/Vorpal is the preferred roll. This should nearly entirely supplant First In, Last Out for your energy slug shotgun needs.
