SpaceMonkey (PvE): "This is not Mint Retrograde. No Rewind Rounds and no Bait & Switch means that is pretty much fundamentally not a universally applicable and solitary DPS weapon - at least not until the shiny origin trait - Accelerated Assault - gets fixed on this. The only real situation where that could have been true is one Storm's Keep titan since trickle charge will automatically fill the mag behind the barricade, except the only real DPS perk is Elemental Honing… which hates being on a true subclass since the options to stack up different elements are so limited. That being said, as a supplemental DPS option in a rotation, especially on a prismatic subclass that can take advantage of multiple elements easily, this can definitely find a home. Overall it's a weapon that hits very hard and should be good for general content and even some higher end content where you just want any rocket pulse and this frees up the kinetic slot." Recommended MW: Handling, Blast Radius, Reload, Velocity.

Inspired by @Saint_Kabr, @CourtProjects and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-Minor PvE-SingleAdd PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for clearing individual Minor adds or tougher enemies in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content, particularly on Arc builds. Nox Sidereal IV is a micro-missile pulse rifle, which are rated S-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic still offering excellent and easy super-generating damage even post-nerf. The frame intrinsic shoots micro-missiles that track locked-on enemies as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are good by comparison with its peer - hopefully when the website's back https://d2foundry.gg/w/3556730800 will show how the weapon stats impact in-game performance. There's a couple of ways to go with the barrel perk - boost Blast Radius, Handling or Velocity, or maybe a bit of everything, and use the magazine perk to boost mag size. While there's no truly bad rolls, for arc synergy there are complementary combinations that help with single target damage. In the first trait perk column Trickle Charge is the choice for Bolt Charge builds or when paired with Rolling Storm, refilling 10% of the magazine on receiving a stack of Arc Bolt Charge, and 20% when you discharge with a lightning bolt on a target. Otherwise, Eddy Current boosts Handling with a ×0.95 animation scalar and +20 Reload Speed with a ×0.95 animation scalar for 3s after sprinting for 1.5s, which is all applied instantly with +60 to Reload Speed when Amplified. In the second column Rolling Storm generates a stack of Arc Bolt Charge (2 when Amplified) on a kill, to trigger a lightning bolt at ×10 stacks for both target and AoE damage. Jolting Feedback feels like a bit of a trap perk, applying Arc Jolt after 8 hits (7 when enhanced and 5 when amplified), triggering chain lightning on further hits for both target and AoE damage, but only if your target can survive the weapon damage. For this roll, you might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window. Otherwise, Wild Card provides the chance of Telesto-like "Experimental Submunitions" dropping on a kill - the number depends on the enemy tier - that last up to 10.5s and explode on contact or proximity to an enemy. Of less interest is Vanguard Vindication which provides up to ×3 stacks that reduces incoming damage at max to ×0.94 for a refreshable 10s (12.5s when enhanced), on kills within 20s of using a class ability. If you're interested, "Psi Aeterna" combines the Greek letter Psi (Ψ) with the Latin word Aeterna, which together roughly translate to "Eternal Soul" or "Unending Mind". Recommended MW: Blast Radius, Handling or Velocity, with your preferred choice of mod to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-Minor PvE-SingleAdd PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller

Inspired by @Saint_Kabr, @CourtProjects and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-BurstDamage PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for burst DPS against Banes, Elites, Champions or Minibosses, or shorter boss DPS windows in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content. Nox Sidereal IV is a micro-missile pulse rifle, which are rated S-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic still offering excellent and easy super-generating damage even post-nerf. There's a couple of ways to go with the barrel perk - boost Blast Radius, Handling or Velocity, or maybe a bit of everything, and use the magazine perk to boost mag size. While there's no truly bad rolls, to optimise for burst damage in the first trait perk column Blast Distributor stacks up to ×5 to provide +10 to your Grenade attribute (+13 when enhanced) per stack on explosive damage a total of +50 (+65 enhanced) for a refreshable 5s on further explosive damage which is great for Warlock buddy builds, and additional grenade damage on targets. Alternatively, when you're using One for All in the second column which boosts damage by ×1.35 for a non-refreshable 10s (11s when enhanced), Stats for All boosts gunfeel stats on the same proccing condition - hitting three separate targets within 3s of each. For this roll, you might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window. Inspired by @Saint_Kabr, @CourtProjects and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-SustainedDamage PvE-EndGame PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for sustained boss DPS during longer damage windows in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content, particularly on Prismatic subclasses. Nox Sidereal IV is a micro-missile pulse rifle, which are rated S-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic still offering excellent and easy super-generating damage even post-nerf. In the second column, for damage and Prismatic synergy, Elemental Honing grants an escalating stack of damage up to ×1.35 for 20s (23s when enhanced) for each elemental damage type inflicted, which can be refreshed with a new damage type until you've run through all 5. For this roll, you might be lucky and get the rare Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively refills 10% of the magazine, and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window.
