Inspired by @PodvsEnemies episode 152 from 2 September 2025 (https://open.spotify.com/episode/5y3KdXwOHAdEiERuX1NtGR?si=87414268eb9642d6) with @Saint_Kabr, @CourtProjects and @ImpetusAlways (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): First choice PvE roll for use against Minors and Elites in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content. Returned Memory is the second micro-missile (the new name for rocket-assisted) solar sidearm if you need one that's a seasonal weapon. At base, by comparison with its peers, the stats are decent, and are improved further at Tier 4/5 when barrel and mag perks are enhanced - d2foundry.gg calculates that there is damage dropoff at 11.00m hipfire and 13.20m ADS, but it's not too much to worry about, 52 Stability is ×1.0800 flinch resist, 44 Handling is a 0.31s ready, 0.25s ADS and 0.34s stow speed. According to MossyMax's spreadsheet on destiny.science, Magazine Size is 12 (max 18) and total ammo is 44. With the barrel and magazine perks, you can look for a preferred combination of Handling, Velocity, Blast Radius, and Reload Speed. For a general-purpose roll you can use the first trait perk for ammo economy - Lead from Gold for special ammo when you pick up heavy bricks or, if you have a primary with a high Ammo Generation stat, after a kill Impromptu Ammo applies ×1.2 scalar to ammo meter progress on kills from all sources for a refreshable 7s or so. In Season: Reclamation, grenade builds aren't a strong as they once were but Blast Distributor stacks up to ×5 through explosive damage, with each stack adding +10 to your grenade stat (+13 when enhanced) for 5s - so a max of +50 (+65 enhanced) pretty much on demand and you're also free to distribute armour stat points elsewhere. For damage, One for All is a ×1.35 damage boost for 10s for hitting 3 enemies within 3s of each other, or Redirection is great to store damage by hitting minor adds, for 2 stacks per hit up to 30 stacks, for use against majors and bosses for ×1.33 damage used at three stacks per shot (×1.5 at two stacks per shot when enhanced). Roar of Battle's +10 Handling and Stability is unspectacular, or there's Suros Synergy which procs on a reload to provide +40 Handling and ×1.2 Flinch Resistance for 6s. Recommended MW: Handling, Velocity, Blast Radius or Reload Speed, with your preferred choice of mod/enhanced mod to boost mag size, weapon stats, ammo regeneration, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller

To focus down on tougher enemies, Burning Ambition in the second trait perk column works better to build ignitions on tougher targets if you have a solar ability to apply scorch initially, otherwise it'll take 4 hits (3 when enhanced) - with both impact and explosive damage counting, that's just two shots - to apply +20 scorch stacks. You'll then have +20 added on each additional hit to build towards an ignition. Scorch stacks are increased by ×1.5 with Ember of Ashes. Roar of Battle's +10 Handling and Stability is unspectacular, or there's Suros Synergy which procs on a reload to provide +40 Handling and ×1.2 Flinch Resistance for 6s. Recommended MW: Handling, Velocity, or Reload Speed, with your preferred choice of mod/enhanced mod to boost mag size, weapon stats, ammo regeneration, or elemental pickups for builds - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller

The always-popular solar trait perk combination of Heal Clip for the ×2 Cure (140 HP) and ×1 Cure on allies within 15m when you finish a reload within 5.3s after a kill, and Incandescent which is great for crowd control, spreading +30 Scorch stacks to adds within 4m on a Minor add kill (+45 stacks within 8m for orange and yellow bars). The scorch stacks are all increased by ×1.5 with Ember of Ashes. Roar of Battle's +10 Handling and Stability is unspectacular, or there's Suros Synergy which procs on a reload to provide +40 Handling and ×1.2 Flinch Resistance for 6s. Hit counter persists through stow. Number of Direct Hits required by weapon type: • Bows: 2 • Swords: 3 • Other Weapons: 55% of the base magazine size Scorch applied by Burning Ambition to Unscorched targets counts as Weapon Damage.
