Constructed by @Adamsdown_Boy (PvE PvE-Utility PvE-EndGame PvE-Champion PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE utility roll to deal with Overload and Unstoppable Champions in activities rated Normal, Hard or Very Hard difficulty, particularly for Stasis builds. Riptide is a rapid-fire fusion rifle, which are rated F-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic being a "strict downgrade from high-impact and precision frames for boss damage". The frame intrinsic offers built in Anti-Overload, better total ammo reserves and a ×0.8 reload animation scalar when the battery is empty as per the https://www.destiny2.science/ Destiny Data Compendium. The stats are good by comparison with its peers - you can see them at https://destiny.report/w/2297554989/riptide and hopefully https://d2foundry.gg/w/2297554989 will show how weapon stats impact in-game performance when the site is back up and running. With 9 bolts to control, look for a barrel perk that helps with recoil control together with any other stat that you want to bump. As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced Battery gets you to the maximum of 8 shots. To replace your older utility Riptide - Overflow in the first trait perk column overflows the battery by ×2 (×2.2 when enhanced), rounded up, on picking up an ammo brick. That pairs well in the second column with Chill Clip which applies +40 stacks of slow (freezing targets after 3 hits) within a 4m AoE for 4s on a hit - 8s with Whisper of Durance - with ammo in the top half of the base battery size. With an overflowed battery, that means 10 Chill Clip shots. Alternatively, Crystalline Corpsebloom procs on a kill to provide a 4s buff - kills with the buff active generate a Stasis seeker which travels 3m before spawning a medium Stasis crystal (large when enhanced) - these are weapon-generated entities so can inherit damage buffs, and proc subclass fragments when shattered for AoE damage. You'll already disrupt Overloads with the frame intrinsic, and shattering after freezing an Unstoppable will stun it, so you can handle two champion types with one weapon. If you're lucky you'll drop one with the Accelerated Assault origin trait, which passively reloads 10% of the battery and boosts damage by ×1.05 for getting 3 hits within a 1.6s window. Otherwise, there's a choice of Wild Card for the chance of Telesto-like "Experimental Submunitions" dropping on a kill - the number depends on the enemy tier - that last up to 10.5s and explode on contact or proximity to an enemy or Roar of Battle which grants +10 Stability and Handling for 6s after dealing or taking damage every 0.5s or so for 2s. Recommended MW: Charge Time, with a Charge Time mod or your preferred choice to boost weapon stats, ammo generation, or elemental pickups for builds.|tags:PvE PvE-Utility PvE-EndGame PvE-Champion PvE-God M+KB Controller

Constructed by @Adamsdown_Boy (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-SustainedDamage PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): Backup PvE roll for sustained DPS in a damage phase against a single yellow-bar target in activities rated Normal, Hard or Very Hard difficulty. Riptide is a rapid-fire fusion rifle, which are rated F-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic being a "strict downgrade from high-impact and precision frames for boss damage". As the battery perk, Accelerated Coils improves charge time by 40ms at the cost of ×0.98 base damage, or Enhanced Battery gets you to the maximum of 8 shots. While losing out to precision and high-impact frames for total boss damage, if you wanted one for ease of use, then either Overflow in the first trait perk column to overflow the battery by ×2 (×2.2 when enhanced), rounded up, on picking up an ammo brick or Auto-Loading Holster to refill the magazine 3.5s (3.3s enhanced) after stowing provide refill and reload options. In the second column, for damage, Controlled Burst reduces charge time to ×0.9 and boosts damage by ×1.2 for 2s (2.5s when enhanced) after a kill or landing all the bolts in a burst. Inspired by https://www.youtube.com/@Legoleflash (PvE PvE-Boss PvE-MajorSpec PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller): Good PvE roll for burst damage against Banes, Elites, Champions and Minibosses in both general at-level or better, and end-game underleveled content. Riptide is a rapid-fire frame FR, which are rated B-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic as they're still the best "easy fusion" subfamily. It's a shame that the perfect PvE combos will probably never get used simply because lightsabers and rocket pulses exist. The stats aren't great compared to other rapid fire fusions, but as the only rapid-fire FR that offers tiers, you can get enhanced barrel, mag, weapon mods and origin traits to fill all of the stat gaps at Tiers 4 and 5. You can see the in-game effect of stat changes at https://d2foundry.gg/w/2297554989 for yourself. Range with the barrel perk really helps with controlling the recoil - ideally you're looking for one without any stat penalties. For the battery perk, Enhanced Battery provides maximum capacity without any reload penalty. You've got a choice of reload perks in the first trait perk column - Overflow to refill the battery and double the capacity (×2.2 when enhanced) on ammo pickup, or Auto-Loading Holster to reload in your backpack. Then in the second column, particularly when paired with Overflow, there's Chill Clip for Stasis synergy, Controlled Burst for good burst damage or Vorpal Weapon for a flat ×1.15 damage boost against orange and yellow bars with no setup. If you're lucky, you'll drop one with the rare Accelerated Assault Origin Trait which on scoring 3 hits within 1.2s will refill 10% of the battery and boost damage by ×1.05 (×1.06 enhanced) which is a natural choice for Controlled Burst. But, if not, both Origin Traits are useful - Roar of Battle procs after dealing or receiving damage consistently every 0.65s for 2s boosts handling and stability by +10 each for 6s (7s enhanced), or Wild Card generates Telesto-like bolts on an enemy kill which persist for 10.5s, with a 6s cooldown between procs. Recommended MW: Charge Time, with a Charge Time enhanced mod, or your choice depending on your play style.|tags:PvE PvE-Boss PvE-MajorSpec PvE-EndGame M+KB Controller

6 wishlist rolls

Inspired by https://www.youtube.com/@Legoleflash (PvP PvP-Duel M+KB Controller): Good PvP roll for duelling in 3s and 6s. The reprised Riptide is, at time of writing, an S-Tier special option - the fastest long-range fusion rifle and one Lego describes as "the only fusion rifle I want to take into Crucible". The @hugowo_ spreadsheet at https://www.destiny2.science/, shows a base charge time for rapid-fire fusions of 533ms - nerfed from 500ms in the v9.50 patch and a 7-bolt kill, out of 9 bolts fired. In practice, it's difficult to detect any charge time nerf in-game, though. The stats aren't great compared to other rapid fire fusions, but as the only one that offers tiered rolls, you can get enhanced barrel, mag, weapon mods and origin traits to fill all of the stat gaps at Tiers 4 and 5 - that means a Range that's potentially 17 more than the previous version's max. You can see the in-game effect of stat changes at https://d2foundry.gg/w/2297554989 for yourself. Range with the barrel and battery perks is key to controlling the recoil - ideally without any stat penalties. In the first trait perk column, Under Pressure seem like the obvious pick, for the improved stability and accuracy at the bottom of the battery - and it is really good, but if you can put together two Ferropotent and two Twofold Crown armour pieces together, you open up the option of Overflow for instant ammo refills on ammo pickup. Ferropotent ×2 gains both flinch and damage resistance while your shields regenerate, while Twofold Crown ×2 restores 70HP on ammo pickup, which all combine for a go-faster play loop demonstrated in Lego's video. A third option is Built to Blast - given how easy Woven Mail, Frost Armor or Void Overshields are to generate, the additional stability and Aim Assist are very noticable. In the second column Closing Time is the best choice, adding +10 Range, +25 Handling and a ×0.90 handling animation scalar at max effect. Both Origin Traits are useful - Roar of Battle procs after dealing or receiving damage consistently every 0.65s for 2s boosts handling and stability by +10 each for 6s (7s when enhanced), or Wild Card generates 3 Telesto-like bolts on a Guardian kill which persist for 10.5s or until detonated to soften or finish opponents, with a 6s cooldown between procs.
