What these Traveler's Judgment 5 perks do
Tap the Trigger
Firing grants 'Tap The Trigger' for 0.6 seconds, providing the following benefits:
• 40 Stability
• 50% decreased Recoil
• 10% decreased Accuracy Cone Size
Fusion Rifles only receive 25% of the benefits.
Buff cannot be refreshed until Automatic Weapons stop firing, or until the next burst.
[Controller-Only] Weapon fires the instant trigger pressure is applied.
Feeding Frenzy
Weapon Kills grant 1 Stack of Feeding Frenzy for 3.5 seconds, increasing the Reload Speed of the weapon. Maximum of 5 Stacks.
Bonuses at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks:
• 8|50|60|75|100 Reload Speed
• 2.5%|10%|13%|16%|20% decreased Reload Animation Duration
Firmly Planted
While Crouched:
• 30 Handling and 20 Stability
• -40% Accuracy Cone Size
• -17% Accuracy Cone Growth
• -80% horizontal Recoil
Effects are halved on Fusion Rifles (decimals are rounded up).
Hip-Fire Grip
Grants the following benefits while hipfiring:
• 25 Stability and 15 Aim Assist
• 2.7° larger Precision Aim Cone Angle
• 30% decreased Accuracy Cone Size
• 20% increased Aim Assist Falloff Distance
• 20% increased Damage Falloff Distance
The Damage Falloff increase does not apply to The Last Word, Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, and Fusion Rifles.
PvP-specific note: the Precision Aim Cone Angle increase essentially just allows you to hit Crits while aimed above or slightly to the side of the head. (This is already the default behavior of Submachine Guns, Sidearms, Bows, Machine Guns, and Linear Fusion Rifles so it does not affect them)
Surrounded
Being within 15 meters of 3 Enemies grants 40% increased damage. Buff lingers for 1.5 seconds once the condition is no longer met.
Exceptions:
• Swords only receive a 35% damage increase.
• Grenade and Rocket Launchers receive a 35% Explosive Damage increase and a 40% Impact Damage increase.
• Wolfpack Rounds receive a 35% Explosive Damage increase.
High-Caliber Rounds
Hits inflict increased Flinch on Enemies.
PVE: Tier 1-2 Minors can be repeatedly staggered. Higher Tier Combatants stagger quicker.
PVP: Flinch against Players varies based on damage and Weapon Archetype. Flinch increase ranges between 5-10%.
