The new perk pool is stacked with options for every scenario: damage rotation? It has Envious Arsenal and Bait and Switch. Need Void buffs and debuffs? Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds (or Withering Gaze) have you covered. Its Reload is a bit sluggish, so unless you have a perk that bypasses that, put some investment there; otherwise, blast radius can help it reach more enemies with its double fire intrinsic." The original double-fire grenade launch Wilderflight returns with refreshed perks. At base, by comparison with its peers, the stats are in-band - d2foundry.gg calculates that 93 Velocity equates to 65.31m/s, 20 Stability is ×1.1000 flinch resist at 100 Resilience, 43 Handling is 0.43s ready, 0.42s ADS and 0.39s stow speed, 32 Reload Speed is a 2.62s reload, Recoil Direction is 25, and Zoom is 13. With 0/1/2/3 reserves, total ammo is 21/22/23/23 (max 23). For barrel perk choices, look for something that improves Handling and Velocity. Then, for controlling enemy crowds - from Minor adds and Elites, through to Minibosses and Champions (but not Bosses), Disorienting Grenades as the magazine perk is still very powerful, particularly with the increased effect radius from the dual grenades. To pair with that, in the first trait perk column, Slideshot is the top pick as, as well as reloading it also procs Gravity Well to collect nearby ammo bricks. Auto-Loading Holster is also available, but its reload effect doesn't work with Gravity Well. You'll need direct hits to damage enemies, as Disorientating Grenades reduces Blast Radius to 0, but Destabilizing Rounds can spread volatility in groups, or Frenzy does boost damage by ×1.15 as well as maxing out Handling and Reload Speed by being in combat. The Tex Balanced Stock is there if you like hipfiring, but the Gravity Well origin trait can be very useful to pick up ammo bricks within 5m on a manual reload, or using Slideshot (other reload perks don't seem to work, unfortunately).
