Null is a stat monster though - so your benefits come from being able to roll Liquid Coils, the Under Pressure/High Impact Reserves combo, or Shield Disorient/Disruption Break. The former is fantastic for sustained damage, the latter for area control. Unfortunately, the recoil direction on this will always be poor -- invest highly in Stability for your best chance at counteracting this ((Higher stability = tighter bolt spread - far more important than Range for Fusion Rifles))"

Accelerated Coils

Decreases charge time by 40ms and damage by 2%.

Auto-Loading Holster

Refills stowed weapon from reserves after 3.5 seconds of it being stowed.

Rampage

Weapon Kills grant a Stack of Rampage. Maximum of 3 Stacks. Stacks expire one at a time every 4.5 seconds. Grants a 10%|21%|33.1% damage increase at 1|2|3 Stacks. Does not buff the Splash/Explosive damage elements of other perks.

Feeding Frenzy

Weapon Kills grant 1 Stack of Feeding Frenzy for 3.5 seconds, increasing the Reload Speed of the weapon. Maximum of 5 Stacks. Bonuses at 1|2|3|4|5 Stacks: • 8|50|60|75|100 Reload Speed • 2.5%|10%|13%|16%|20% decreased Reload Animation Duration

Disruption Break

On Elemental, Barrier or Guardian Shield Break: Applies Kinetic Damage Vulnerability to the enemy, increasing Kinetic damage taken by 50% for 5.5 [5] seconds. Stacks with all other Buffs and Debuffs (including itself).

Shield Disorient

On Matching Elemental Shield Break: Explosion disorients enemies within 7 meters for 5 seconds.

Backup Plan

Grants the following for 2 seconds upon readying: • 30% decreased Charge Time • 20% decreased damage • 100 Handling Weapon must be stowed for 3 seconds before readying for the perk to activate. Linear Fusion Rifles only: firing the weapon refreshes the buff duration (but only at higher framerates).
