Inspired by @Saint_Kabr and @CourtProjects (PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God M+KB Controller): First-choice PvE roll for controlling groups of Minor adds in general at-level or better content, particularly for Arc builds. Fimbulwinter Stitch is a precision frame sidearm which are rated C-Tier for endgame PvE by @TheAegisRelic tiering spreadsheet https://linktr.ee/TheAegisRelic having a worse damage profile than other sidearms, but that might not be such a problem if you look at this as an Arc verb delivery system. The stats are in-band by comparison with its peers - see https://d2foundry.gg/w/2645567209 for how the weapon stats impact in-game performance. The precision frame, and good Recoil Direction means you don't need too much help taming the recoil, so look for a barrel perk that helps Handling and then, although the Reload Speed is slow, you can ignore that with the right trait perks, so you can choose whichever combat effect magazine perk you like, or maybe Flared Magwell for a little extra Stability. For arc builds that use Bolt Charge, you can use Trickle Charge to refill 10% of the magazine on receiving a stack of Bolt Charge, and 20% when you discharge with a lightning bolt on a target, or Supercharged Magazine will refill 5% of the magazine every 1.5s while you're Amplified or, after you sprint when Amplified to gain Speed Booster this accelerates to 5% every 0.25s while the buff is active, overflowing the magazine to up to ×2 capacity. Either of these should pair well with Rolling Storm, to generate a stack of Bolt charge on kills (2 stacks when Amplified). For the Origin Trait, Dawning Surprise has a hidden counter - 6 red bar kills (5 enhanced) or 2 orange/yellow bars will fill this to generate a pickup which last 10s that grants 10% energy to melee, grenade and super, +22 HP and start regeneration, so can be very useful. If you're interested, Fimbulwinter (Old Norse: Fimbulvetr) is the devastating, three-year long winter with no summer that signals the beginning of Ragnarök (the end of the world) in Norse mythology. Recommended MW: Handling or Stability, with a Synergy mod or your preferred choice of mod/enhanced mod to boost mag size, weapon stats or ammo regeneration - and don't forget to check any available seasonal fragile mods.|tags:PvE PvE-MinorSpec PvE-God M+KB Controller

The precision frame, and good Recoil Direction means you don't need too much help taming the recoil, so look for a barrel perk that helps Handling and then, with the reload being slow at base (1.88s), look for a magazine perk that helps with Reload Speed. For use with arc builds, and as a Brigand's Law replacement, in the first trait perk column Loose Change helps after the first time you apply an elemental debuff, providing +50 Reload Speed +20 Aim Assist and ×1.2 ADS movement speed, or Rapid Hit stacks up to ×5 on crit hits for +25 Stability and +60 Reload Speed with a ×0.92 animation multiplier for a refreshable 2s. Pair that with Voltshot in the second column to apply Jolt to the next target you hit within 7s (8s when enhanced), after a reload within 5.3s of a kill, for additional damage to the target on further hits plus AoE chain lightning damage on nearby enemies. Trickle Charge

Receiving Bolt Charge refills 10% of the magazine. Does not currently dissipate Heat for Heat Weapons. Discharging Bolt Charge refills 20% of the magazine. Dissipates 100% Heat on Heat Weapons. Works while stowed.

High-Caliber Rounds

Hits inflict increased Flinch on Enemies. PVE: Tier 1-2 Minors can be repeatedly staggered. Higher Tier Combatants stagger quicker. PVP: Flinch against Players varies based on damage and Weapon Archetype. Flinch increase ranges between 5-10%.

Rolling Storm

Weapon Kills grant 1 Stack of Bolt Charge. While Amplified, this is increased to 2 Stacks.

Supercharged Magazine

Refills 5% of the magazine (rounded up) every 1.5 seconds while Amplified. Activating Speed Booster increases this rate to once every 0.25 seconds, and allows the perk to overfill the magazine up to double its base capacity.

Armor-Piercing Rounds

Grants 5% increased damage against Elemental and Barrier Champion Shields. Allows bullets to overpenetrate enemies once.

Jolting Feedback

Scoring multiple Direct Hits with the weapon within 3 seconds of each causes the next Direct Hit to apply Jolt. Being Amplified decreases the number of Hits required. Rapid Hit

"Buffed Hits" grant 1 Stack of Rapid Hit for 2 seconds. Maximum of 5 Stacks. "Buffed Hits" refer to any "Yellow Number" Hits such as Precision Hits or Hits against debuffed targets.
